Confirmations:

 

During the period announced for confirmations, candidates admitted to places financed by study grants will confirm the occupation of the places by submitting to the IOSUD secretariat the master's degree or, as the case may be, the equivalent bachelor's degree, in original, and candidates who have passed the dissertation exam in the current year, will submit the original graduation certificate.

Candidates admitted on fee-paying places will confirm the occupation of the place by presenting to the IOSUD secretariat, during the period announced for confirmations, the receipt proving payment of the tuition fee for at least the first installment. The tuition fee is paid at the Universitații Tehnice cashier, str. C. Daicoviciu no. 15, Cluj - Napoca and, respectively, at the CUNBM cashier.

Application Documents Required:

  • Application for registration form
  • Registration form
  • Statement of authenticity admission (online)
  • Curriculum vitae;
  • The list of scientific papers published or presented (if applicable);
  • Copies of the following documents (1 copy): birth certificate, marriage certificate (the proof for the change of the surname if applicable), High School Diploma, Bachelor ‘s Degree Diploma (with its appendices, as applicable: the transcript of records or the supplement to the diploma), master’s degree (with its appendices, as applicable: the transcript of records or the supplement to the diploma);
  • Those applicants who promoted the dissertation examinations in the convocation sessions of the current academic year can submit upon registration, in the absence of the master’s degree, the certificate issued by the higher education institution mentioning the average mean, the means obtained during the years of study, the validity term and the fact that the diploma has not been issued yet;
  • The stages carried out abroad have to be proven with an equivalence certificate, issued by the Romanian National Centre for Recognition and Equivalence of Diplomas (CNRED) attached to the competent ministry;
  • A non-certified copy of the identity card;
  • The receipt proving the payment of the fee for the admission exam (according to the Tax Regulation of UTCN), and, where applicable, a tax exemption/reduction application;
  • Language proficiency certificate;
  • A file folder.

If prior to the crisis in Ukraine you were enrolled as a PhD student, you are eligible to apply for a temporary enrolment in a Romanian Higher Education Institution. Please contact the International Relations Office at the Tehnical University of Cluj-Napoca for further details.
